2023 Guber: Ibeno Paramount Ruler Proclaims Blessings, Favour on Pastor Umo Eno

As custodians of the traditional institution continue to shower royal blessings on the PDP gubernatorial candidate for the 2023 general elections, Pastor Umo Eno, the Paramount Ruler of Ibeno Local Government Area, His Royal Majesty Owong Effiong Bassey Archianga has proclaimed blessings and favour on him even as he continues in his local government campaigns rally.
Owong Archianga who is a former National Chairman of Traditional Rulers of Oil Mineral Producing Communities of Nigeria, TROMPCON, commended Pastor Umo Eno for leading his team to visit him, stressing that the governorship hopeful has been his long- standing friend.
According to him, "This is not just the palace for Ibeno, but the Niger Delta palace. Nobody comes here for our blessings without success. I tell you congratulations in advance. I congratulate you for your victory at the primaries. All we need is peace and unity between Ibeno community and the entire state," he said.
He appealed to Pastor Umo Eno to further on the development strides of Governor Udom Emmanuel in the state saying, "continue from where Governor Udom will stop. Protect us, and make sure there is no problem between Eket and Ibeno and the entire state.
In her brief remarks, the wife of the Paramount Ruler, Akwahaeka Theresa Archianga noted that Pastor Umo Eno has been very supportive to the palace and recalled with delight the significant role he played during the coronation of her husband.
She maintained that Pastor Eno is a compassionate man who has the desired qualities to further development in the state, and prayed that God will grant him success.
Earlier in his remarks, Pastor Umo Eno said he was in the palace to pay homage, and ask for his majesty's blessings as he continues with the campaigns for the 2023 governorship elections.
He noted that his story will not start without the mention of Ibeno and Eket adding that the two areas are very dear to his heart.
He noted that from the needs assessment already conducted, he knows areas where Ibeno needs intervention adding that the area will be touched accordingly.
The governorship hopeful who has been running his business as well as a branch of the All Nations Christian Ministry International in Ibeno, urged the traditional institution to continue in their prayers to enable them succeed adding that when elected into office, he will further on the peace and unity in the area and state in general.
