Umo Eno Condoles with Family of Deceased Supporter, Uwemedimo Umanah
As the shock lingers in the PDP/Pastor Umo Eno and Akon Eyakenyi campaign team, as well as the state over the demise of one of its core believers and supporters, Dr. Uwemedimoh Umanah, the PDP Governorship candidate in Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umo Eno has described the loss as devastating.
Speaking during a condolence visit to the family of the deceased, he noted that Dr. Umanah was a creative and energetic supporter who contributed immensely to the success of the ARISE Agenda.
Pastor Eno maintained that Dr. Umannah's passing was tragic and monumental, adding that he was now more determined to commit his all to ensure that he wins the election and give the people of Akwa Ibom a desirable future in line with the wishes of the late Dr. Umanah.
While acknowledging that death remains an inevitable end of every mortal, he urged the family, especially the wife to be consoled by the good philosophies he lived and stood for.
He therefore prayed that God will comfort the deceased family and grant rest to the departed soul.
On hand to receive Pastor Eno and his entourage was the deceased elder brother, Hon. Aniekan Umanah who thanked the PDP candidate for the expression of love and support.
Recall that the PDP/Pastor Umo Eno and Akon Eyakenyi campaign organization had earlier suspended all campaign activities for Monday and Tuesday, January 30 and 31 respectively, to honour the late Dr. Umanah.
